Erasmus Mundus - HERMES

The University of Athens, in essence the School of Philosophy, is the coordinator of an Erasmus Mundus project, HERMES (an acronym for "Humanities Education Revitalized via Mundus ExperienceS").

In close collaboration with the Joint Coordinator, Ivane Javakhishvili Tbilisi State University (TSU), it leads a consortium of 15 universities which will exchange students and staff exclusively in the field of the Humanities.

These exchanges take place between on the one hand seven universities in six EU countries (Bulgaria, Estonia, Germany, Greece, Italy, Sweden) and on the other hand 8 universities in 5 countries in Eastern Europe (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Ukraine).

For more details about HERMES visit its website ( www.erasmusmundus-hermes.uoa.gr ).
